Looking to hire an Accountant to join our client's growing department.
On site work within a booming industry!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Process invoices for payment, ensuring accurate budget coding and compliance with financial policies and procedures
· Manage accounts payable while cultivating vendor relationships
· Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills in accordance with departmental procedures
· Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all invoices are accounted for and properly posted
· Verify discrepancies by and resolve Vendor issues
· Manage bi-weekly payroll processing including uploading payroll reports
· Review payroll reports for accuracy and adjusts, as necessary
· Assist Accounting with monthly financial close
· Represent the company in a professional manner, ensuring quality customer service
· Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,601.07 - $70,573.33 per year
